For the fifth consecutive year, Mutual Trust Financial Group has been recognized as one of "Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For." The award, presented by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), honors companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. These companies practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in human resources. Entries are evaluated by an independent research firm in 10 categories, including community initiatives, employee engagement and commitment, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance. Competition for winning the award is steep. This year, 1,100 companies were nominated, 387 completed the entire evaluation process, but less than 26 percent of these companies met the criteria for this distinguished honor.
